Introduction

From the Founder and CEO

There is an urgent need for leaders across business and society today to deal with the uncertainty and complexity of our globally connected world. As the world becomes more connected, it also becomes more complex resulting in tension between what is required to solve today’s problems and the old forces of culture, tradition, geography, structures, thinking and large organisations set up in the past. How the world works today is very different.

What does this mean for leadership? The truth is no two people lead the same, so we must stop trying to put leadership in a box and label it. Neither is leadership just about personal development or skills but must include what exists between people.

Many from across the world in every industry and educational institution have independently come to the same realisation: the current prevailing methods of educating leaders are not as effective as they could be. Along with our Research Lab our approach goes beyond business schools to include how leaders think, deal with crises, and make decisions using real issues and real time. We also understand the diversity of leaders and so treat every leader as unique. Together we build partnerships and communities of leaders who learn from each other.
